After many years in manufacturing, corporate sales and product management Neville came to Commercial Real Estate in 2007 with respected local firm Maxwell Collins.

He quickly established himself as a top commercial agent in Geelong with a reputation for integrity, hard work and a never-say-die attitude to getting things done.

In 2012 together with partner Catherine, Neville launched Geelong Commercial Real Estate. With a vision for a family-run boutique business providing personal service in a highly competitive market place, Neville’s fiercely disciplined approach to the market has earned him the respect of clients and competitors alike and his steadfast adherence to well-learned fundamentals such as integrity, discipline and perseverance has earned him an enviable reputation as one of Geelong’s best commercial agents.

Acute commercial acumen, broad high-level knowledge of the relevant legislation and a desire to provide top-level hands on service for his loyal clients has seen the business and his referral base grow. More recently, Neville has added Buyer Advocacy services which adds another dimension to his growing business.

Neville has a passion for family and for history and spends most of his spare time looking after his own historic property, the former “Culloden Castle Hotel” in Geelong West.

Catherine’s real estate career began with the birth of Geelong Commercial Real Estate in 2012. With an MBA in E-Commerce and a wealth of experience in the Financial Administration field in both large corporates and small business behind her the transition was a natural one.

Also heavily involved in the Property Management side of GCRE Catherine’s happy disposition and personal touch provides Landlord clients with the confidence and satisfaction to know their interests are being well cared for. Catherine is a keen golfer, loves her gym time and spending time with family.

Patrick Richards brings a depth of experience and a results-driven mindset to commercial real estate. Beginning his career in 2015 in commercial property management, he quickly transitioned into sales and leasing, where he developed a sharp understanding of market dynamics and client negotiation.

After several successful years in the sector, Patrick broadened his real estate skill set with four years in residential sales, gaining valuable perspective across asset classes. More recently, he spent three years in full-time military service, where he refined his discipline, leadership, and commitment to service—qualities that now shape his professional approach.

Now back in the commercial sector with GCRE, Patrick takes up the role of Senior Commercial Asset Manager also specialising in sales and leasing across the Geelong and Bellarine regions. Known for his integrity, clear communication, and unwavering focus on client outcomes, Patrick is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering measurable results for landlords, tenants, and investors alike.
